# Getting Started with HyperEVM

CalledIt runs on HyperEVM, a fast, low-cost blockchain. To trade, add HyperEVM to your wallet and bridge USDC or USDT0.

**Prerequisites:**

* MetaMask or WalletConnect wallet (e.g., Phantom).
* ETH/USDC on Arbitrum or Hyperliquid Core for fees.

**Warnings:**

* Use official RPC URLs to avoid scams.
* Bridging fees (\~0.1–1% + gas) apply; test with small amounts.

**Add HyperEVM to Your Wallet**

1. In MetaMask, click the network dropdown (e.g., “Ethereum Mainnet”).
2. Select “Add network” > “Add a network manually.”
3. Enter and save:
   * Network name: Hyperliquid EVM
   * RPC URL: <https://rpc.hyperliquid.xyz/evm>
   * Chain ID: 999
   * Currency: HYPE
   * Block explorer: <https://hyperevmscan.io>
4. Switch to “Hyperliquid EVM.”

**Troubleshooting:**

* If the network doesn’t show, restart MetaMask or check the RPC URL.
* Mobile users: Tap the network icon in the MetaMask app.

### Bridge USDC/USDT0 to HyperEVM

You need USDC/USDT0 on HyperEVM to trade.&#x20;

**From Arbitrum (Simplest):**

1. Visit [Jumper Exchange](https://jumper.exchange/).
2. Connect MetaMask (on Arbitrum).
3. Select From: Arbitrum, USDC; To: HyperEVM, USDT0.
4. Enter amount (e.g., 10 USDC), confirm fees (\~0.1–1% + gas), and sign.
5. Switch to HyperEVM; USDT0 appears in 1–5 minutes.

**From Hyperliquid Core:**

1\) Connect your wallet to Hyperliquid Core & sign the approval transaction.

2\) Deposit USDC at [Hyperliquid Portfolio](https://app.hyperliquid.xyz/portfolio).

3\) Transfer USDC from your Perps to Spot Balance

4\) Swap USDC to HYPE on [Hyperliquid Spot Orderbook](https://app.hyperliquid.xyz/trade/HYPE/USDC).

5\) Bridge/Transfer HYPE to HyperEVM via Hyperliquid’s bridge prompt (by clicking the small Transfer to/from EVM link on the previous swap transaction)

6\) Swap HYPE to USDT0 on [Hyperswap](https://app.hyperswap.exchange/#/swap).

**Tips:**

* Use Jumper for simplicity; deposit USDT0 via CalledIt’s “Deposit” button.
* Track transactions on [HyperEVM Scan](https://hyperevmscan.io/).

**Troubleshooting:**

* If funds don’t appear, check HyperEVM Scan and confirm HyperEVM network.
